Whether you are a founder sizing up the competition, a marketer mapping a new channel, an investor running diligence, or a product manager exploring an adjacent market, your questions and feedback directly shape the product.
If something in a report looks off, if a feature is missing, or if you simply want to tell us what would make StartupScale more useful, reach out. We treat support conversations as one of our best sources of product insight, and we genuinely read every note. There is no ticket number that disappears into a void here, just a short line back to the team.
How to reach us
Email is the best and fastest way to reach us. Write to contact@startupscale.app and you will hear back from a person, not an automated reply.
We aim to respond within one to two business days. Messages sent over a weekend or a public holiday in the Republic of Korea, where StartupScale is operated, may take a little longer. To help us help you quickly, please include the company URL or domain you were analyzing, the email address associated with your account if you have one, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened. A screenshot is always welcome when something does not look right.

What to contact us about
Almost anything, really. To point you to the right answer faster, here are the topics we hear about most often. Whichever applies to you, the same address, contact@startupscale.app, gets your message to the right place.
- Product support and bug reports: a report that failed to generate, data that looks wrong or incomplete, a page that will not load, or anything that is not behaving the way you expect.
- Billing and subscriptions: questions about the Free, Starter, and Pro plans, upgrades and downgrades, invoices and receipts, or cancellations and refunds. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we are happy to walk you through anything on your account.
- Privacy and data requests: ask us what account information we hold, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and the domains you have submitted for analysis. See our Privacy Policy for the full details of how we handle data.
- Partnerships and business inquiries: integrations, data partnerships, agency or team use, or other ways of working together. Tell us a little about your company and what you have in mind.
- Press and media: interview requests, product background, or questions from journalists and analysts. We are glad to help with context and accurate information.
A note on how we work
StartupScale is an independent software service, not a call center, so we do not operate a phone line. Email keeps a clear written record of your request, lets us look into the specifics of your account before we reply, and is simply the channel where we are most responsive. For anything you need, contact@startupscale.app is the right door.
One honest caveat that applies to support as much as to the product itself: StartupScale analyses are generated from a combination of third-party data sources and AI synthesis, and they are intended as informational research rather than definitive fact. If you spot something in a report that seems inaccurate, please flag it. That feedback helps us improve the underlying data and the way we present it, and it is one of the most valuable things you can send us.
